Meet the Provider Behind BluWillo Precision Medicine
Patients Deserve Time, Answers, and Investigation
BluWillo Was Founded On A Simple Belief
BluWillo was founded on a simple belief: patients deserve time, investigation, and answers, not rushed appointments and temporary fixes.
Most modern healthcare is designed for speed and symptom management. BluWillo is built for root-cause discovery and long-term health improvement. We focus on why symptoms are happening, not just treating them after they appear.

About Gina Ditta-Donahue
Founder and Lead Clinician
Gina has spent over three decades in healthcare, witnessing where conventional medicine works well — and where patients often fall through the cracks.
She has repeatedly seen patients who:
◦ Had normal labs but felt terrible
◦ Had multiple specialists with no answers
◦ Were prescribed medications without explanation
◦ Felt unheard or rushed
BluWillo Was Created To Fill That Gap.
Gina combines:

Conventional medical knowledge
Functional medicine training
Fellowship training in anti-aging and metabolic medicine

Ongoing doctoral education
Systems-based, data-driven approach
Deep listening and patient partnership
Her goal: work alongside conventional care, fill gaps, and help patients understand the full picture of their health.
Who We Work Best With
BluWillo patients are typically people who:

◦ Have chronic or unresolved symptoms
◦ Feel something is wrong but don’t have answers
◦ Want to understand root causes, not just manage symptoms
◦ Are open to nutrition and lifestyle changes

◦ Prefer a structured, evidence-based approach to functional medicine
◦ Want natural approaches when appropriate but not extreme protocols
◦ Are willing to actively participate in improving their health
◦ Want a provider who listens, explains, and investigates
This model works best for patients ready to take an active role in their health and seek long-term solutions, not quick fixes.
Our Team
While Gina leads, patient care is supported by a team that ensures thorough care, communication, and support throughout the health journey.
Our team handles:
Patient coordination and scheduling
Lab coordination
Patient support and education
Follow-up and ongoing care organization
Healthcare should feel organized, supportive, and collaborative, not rushed or confusing.

The BluWillo Philosophy
At BluWillo, we believe:
- Symptoms are signals, not inconveniences
- The body is connected in systems, not isolated parts
- Hormones are often downstream, not the root cause
- Gut health plays a foundational role in many conditions
- Lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and inflammation matter
- Testing should be strategic, not excessive
- Patients should understand their health, not be confused by it
- Healthcare should be a partnership, not a 12-minute appointment
Most importantly, patients should feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward better health.

Rooting Your Tree of Health™
Many conditions are treated at the branch level — hormones, medications, and symptom management — but the real problem often begins in the roots:
◦ Gut health
◦ Liver function
◦ Stress response
◦ Sleep
◦ Inflammation
◦ Nutrition
◦ Blood sugar regulation
When the roots improve, the branches often improve as well. BluWillo focuses on foundational health first, then moves into targeted treatments when necessary. Treating the roots strengthens the whole tree.
You don't need another quick appointment.
