Symptom Evaluation
Have a lingering cough that won’t go away? Persistent fatigue? A new symptom you’d like evaluated?
We’ll perform a thorough assessment, discuss your symptoms, and determine the most appropriate next steps. When appropriate, we’ll collaborate with your Functional Medicine provider to help guide additional evaluation or treatment.

Diagnostic Review
Already had imaging or testing completed?
We can review outside diagnostic studies—including ultrasound reports from Atlanta Ultrasound—as well as laboratory results, helping you understand what they mean and how they fit into your overall health picture. We may also be able to refer you to specialists when needed for follow up care. If visiting a specialist would be the next best option for your care, we can help you assess that question as well.

We believe healthcare should be straightforward.
Our Nurse Practitioner visits are offered on a cash-pay basis, so you’ll always know the cost of your appointment without the uncertainty of insurance billing, copays, or surprise charges.
When laboratory testing is recommended, we can often order your labs through your insurance, allowing you to use your existing coverage for eligible testing while still enjoying the convenience and personalized care of our practice.
If additional imaging or specialty testing is needed, we’ll discuss your options and help coordinate the next steps.
Meet Your Provider
When you schedule a clinic visit, you’ll be meeting with Angela Bolger, FNP-C, WHNP-C. Angela is a dual certified women’s health and family practice nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience. Angela has worked in both family and OB/Gyn practices, and loves building partnerships with her patients and taking time to ensure they understand their symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options.
FAQ
Do you accept insurance?
No. Visits with our Nurse Practitioner are self-pay. This allows us to spend more time with each patient, provide personalized care, and keep our pricing transparent without the restrictions that often come with insurance billing.
Some patients find that they are able to submit a superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are happy to provide a superbill after your appointment.
Can I use my insurance for lab work?
In many cases, yes. If laboratory testing is appropriate, we can submit those orders through your insurance and send you to one of our local partner lab services to collect your blood or urine specimens. Your insurance coverage and any associated costs will depend on your specific plan.
Often, our patients find that cash pay labs are less expensive than their co-pays. Since we do comprehensive testing on our patients, sometimes a specific diagnosis code is required to draw a lab, so the charges may be denied. With cash-pay lab orders, there are no denials or surprise fees.
Please note, we do not offer COVID, RSV, or Flu testing at this time. You can purchase a home test kit for all of these viruses at any local drug store and bring in your results to review with the provider.
Why don't you bill insurance for office visits?
Our focus is on providing thoughtful, patient-centered care—not rushing patients through short appointments. A cash-pay model allows us to spend more time with you, offer transparent pricing, and make healthcare decisions based on your needs rather than insurance requirements.
I am currently a BluWillo Patient. Is this service for me?
Yes! This is a great complementary service to our Functional Medicine and Lifestyle Coaching services. While you are on your Functional Medicine journey, you may find that you could benefit from a physical exam to further evaluate a symptom or condition. Or perhaps you would like to keep your well care within our practice. Our Nurse Practitioner will work with your other BluWillo providers to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
Do you offer Pediatric care?
At this time, we are offering care for individuals aged 14 and older.

Our clinic and wellness visits are scheduled at our Duluth office at 3883 Rogers Bridge Road, Duluth, Unit 206A.
Free parking is available just in front of our office, which is wheelchair accessible.
