Service Description

Once established and feeling comfortable working through a personalized plan, many individuals only need to be seen every 3-6 months, depending on the level of support they need. We do require follow up labs and appointments every 3-6 months for patients taking prescription medications. For many uncomplicated individuals, this a la carte scheduling works best. As an established patient you can schedule your routine follow up directly through your Charm Health portal, or here through our Booking Calendar.
