Virtual Functional Wellness Consultation

Service Description

The Functional Wellness consultation is designed to give you one-on-one time with our Functional Provider. You can choose to review your health history, current symptoms and health concerns to gain insight into what specialty testing may be most appropriate for you. If you have completed your Functional Wellness testing, you may use this time to gain a deeper understanding of your results and design a lifestyle plan to address your imbalances. You may need only one Wellness consultation or several to help you develop a plan and touch bases on your progress with recommendations going forward. We want you to be in charge of your health and allow you the ability to determine the level of support you need.
